Book Review for Your Life After Death By Karen Noe

Usually when you talk about deceased loved ones and death, I always feel the need to grab a box of tissues. That is what I was expecting when I started to read Your Life After Death By Karen Noe. However after reading a few pages my anxiety about it was completely wiped away. This is a must read for everyone who lost a loved one. This would make an excellent gift to anyone you know who lost a loved one. I suggest you buy two. One for you to keep on hand as a reference and one for your friend.

Karen writes it in a way that is relaxing and easy to convey. I read other things books on death and the other side so this topic wasn’t new to me. It took me no time at all to go through the book since it was an easy to understand. Karen teaches why we must heal and had wonderful healing tools that she uses on herself and others. Death is not final. Your loved ones are alright and want you to be happy. They are always there with you. All we have to do is ask and listen, and look for signs.

The book was broken down into two parts: how to heal after the losing a loved one and how to maintain a connection. I loved all her techniques for healing and coping with the guilt, loss of a loved one and how to receive emotional freedom.  While there were some techniques I did already know about, there were others that I had no knowledge of.  I know due to time she couldn’t go into greater detail on some techniques but still was able to reference where to learn more on an given techique . The pictures were a great help also. So many times we are left to use our mind to visually understand. Karen took that out of the equation making it easier to understand.  Karen also gave details on what signs to look for from your loved ones.

I enjoyed her stories she shared. I wish she included more. Each story showed examples of our loved ones desire to communicate with us. Karen talked about how to clear the junk out and how to higher your vibrations so you too can communicate with your loved ones yourself. I especially enjoyed the parts on communications with deceased loved pets. She peeked my interest in “walk-ins”.  I found the topic of walk-ins an extremely interesting topic. Again due to time I wish she indulged more details and stories on this topic.
